Since 1998, the Keynote Banker Scorecard has served as an industry benchmark for financial sites.
Specifically, Huntington.com was given high marks for its privacy and security, ease of use, functionality, quality and availability. It also scored high on helping customers to learn and plan, open accounts and conduct transactions.
